How the Academy works
Every course is a short sequence of lessons recorded inside the product, so what you see on screen is what you will see when you log in. Courses are grouped into modules and tagged beginner, intermediate or advanced, so you can start where you are rather than at the top.
Member lessons
Courses marked Members include lessons that need a Marketing Titan login. Sign in and the same course opens in the in-app help center, where the rest of the lessons play. The Free plan counts — no card is needed to sign up.
Captions and pace
Lessons carry English captions where they have been published, and every video uses the standard browser player, so you can pause, scrub, change speed or go full screen from the keyboard as well as the mouse.
Which level to start with
Beginner courses assume nothing: they walk through the workspace, the customer record and the first campaign, one screen at a time. Intermediate courses are for people already running work in the platform and cover the settings that change outcomes — approval rules, autonomy levels, scoring and sequences. Advanced courses cover the parts most teams set up once and then rely on: integrations, agency workspaces, reporting and automation that spans several modules.
If you are evaluating rather than learning, the free previews are the quickest honest look at the product. If you would rather be shown, book a demo and a person will walk through the workflow you actually run.
Working through a course on your own team? Each lesson is short enough to watch between meetings, and there is no form to fill in before a preview plays. Share the course link with a colleague and it opens straight onto that course. The member lessons live in the app’s help center, next to the work they describe, so once you are signed in the lesson you just watched and the screen it explains are a click apart.
