If your business contact details are in our database
We compile business contact information and make it available to our customers for B2B sales and marketing. Under California, Texas, Oregon, and Vermont law this makes us a data broker, and the information we make available for consideration is a sale under the CCPA.
You can opt out or have your record deleted at any time.
You don't need an account. There's no fee. Give us only the details needed to find your record — usually an email address, or a name and employer.
California residents can also use the state's Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) to submit one request that reaches every registered data broker at once.
What you can ask for

Rights and response times vary by state. We apply the most protective standard we reasonably can rather than sorting requests by jurisdiction.
If you're a Marketing Titan customer
Most of what you need is in your account settings — export, correction, and deletion of your own data, plus your team's access controls.

A note on data in your workspace. For contacts and CRM records you've uploaded, you're the controller and we act on your instructions. If one of your contacts asks us to delete their information, we'll direct them to you and let you know.
Marketing from us
To stop receiving our own product and marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email privacy@marketingtitan.ai. We'll still send transactional messages about your account, billing, and security.
Cookies
Manage cookie categories at cookie preferences. Details in our Cookie Policy.
Authorized agents
You can appoint someone to act for you. We'll ask for proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm directly.
Appeals
If we decline a request, you can appeal to privacy@marketingtitan.ai with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We'll respond within the period your state's law requires and, if we maintain the decision, tell you how to escalate to your attorney general or regulator.
Response times
45 days under US state privacy laws, extendable once with notice. One month under the EU and UK GDPR, extendable by two further months for complex requests. 30 days under Canada's PIPEDA.
