AI SDR

Outreach that books meetings without burning your brand.

Your AI SDR writes personal emails and follow-ups in your voice, sends inside the windows you set, and hands replies to your team.

It lives inside your CRM, so every touch lands on the contact rather than in a separate tool you have to reconcile later.

The problem

why outreach gets a bad name

AI SDRs promised pipeline. Many delivered spam.

The failure mode is always the same: a tool that measures itself in messages sent will send more of them. Everything below is a limit you set, not a setting we hope you find.

01

Volume over judgment

An SDR judged on send count optimises for send count. Ours is bounded by a contact allowance you choose, and the allowance is enforced rather than advisory.

02

Sending whenever it likes

Outreach that ignores the clock is how a domain reputation goes. Yours sends inside the windows you set, and outside them it waits.

03

Replies into a void

An endless bot thread is worse than no reply at all. An interested reply routes to a person on your team.

Pricing

a monthly add-on, not a hire

Priced like a tool, not a headcount.

The AI SDR is a monthly add-on on top of your plan, available on Growth and above. Higher tiers are available beyond the three below.

$99

Starter · 100 contacts a month

The simplest way to add AI outreach to your plan.

$199

Growth · 250 contacts a month

For teams running steady outbound to priority segments.

$349

Pro · 500 contacts a month

Higher volume, same personal approach.

Part of a Darwin strategy

one channel, one role

Outreach works best with a plan behind it.

Inside a Darwin strategy, the AI SDR works a defined segment at a defined stage — converting the warm leads your ads created, for instance. Darwin decides who it targets, when it runs and what it should achieve, then tracks it against the plan you approved.

“An SDR judged on messages sent will send more messages. The only useful limit is one the tool cannot talk you out of.”

Why the contact allowance is enforced

You stay in control

on every plan, not an upsell

AI-first. Never AI-only.

The AI does the heavy lifting, your team decides. Every feature keeps a full manual path for teams that want to do it themselves.

Supervised by default

Work waits in your approvals queue until someone on your team signs off. Autonomy is a setting, not a plan tier.

Review the real thing

Open the actual email, ad, post or sequence, edit it in place, then approve. What you see is what goes out.

Every action is logged and exportable

What each agent did, when, and who approved it.

One-click stop

Halt one campaign or the whole fleet. In-flight work rolls back.

Questions

straight answers
Which plans can add the AI SDR?

Growth and above. It is a monthly add-on: $99 for 100 contacts a month, $199 for 250 and $349 for 500, with higher tiers beyond that. It is not included in the plan price.

Where do prospects come from?

The contacts already in your CRM. The AI SDR works the record you have rather than buying a list to work on top of it.

Does it send without me?

Not in the default mode. Supervised is the default everywhere on the platform: drafts wait in the approvals queue until someone signs off. You can raise the autonomy level per campaign once it has earned it.

How is this different from a standalone AI SDR?

It reads the same customer record as everything else, so it knows what the contact has already been sent, what they opened and which deal they belong to. And Darwin gives it a role in the plan rather than running it as an isolated campaign.
