How to Customize

  1. Click the Customize button in the top-right corner
  2. Drag widgets to rearrange their position
  3. Click the X on any widget to hide it
  4. Click + Add Widget to add new widgets
  5. Click Save Layout to keep your changes

Customization Options

Widget Size Small (1 col), Medium (2 col), or Large (full width)
Date Range Default Set your preferred default time period
Refresh Rate Auto-refresh data every 1, 5, or 15 minutes
Theme Light or Dark mode for the dashboard

Step-by-Step Guides

How to: Change Date Range

  1. Click the Date Range selector in the top-right
  2. Choose a preset: Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, or Year
  3. Or select Custom Range to pick specific dates
  4. All widgets and metrics update automatically

How to: Export Dashboard Data

  1. Click the Export button (download icon) in the header
  2. Choose format: PDF for reports, CSV for raw data
  3. Select which widgets to include
  4. Click Generate Export
  5. Download will start automatically

How to: Set Up Metric Alerts

  1. Click on any metric card to open details
  2. Click the Set Alert button
  3. Define threshold: "When Open Rate drops below 15%"
  4. Choose notification method: Email, In-App, or Slack
  5. Save alert to receive notifications

Troubleshooting

"Dashboard is loading slowly"
  1. Reduce the date range - longer periods load more data
  2. Remove unnecessary widgets to speed up loading
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Clear browser cache and refresh
"Metrics don't match other reports"
  1. Verify date ranges match exactly
  2. Check timezone settings (dashboard uses account timezone)
  3. Some metrics refresh at different intervals
  4. Click refresh to get latest data
"Widget showing 'No Data'"
  1. Check if you have any data for that feature (e.g., campaigns)
  2. Verify date range includes relevant activity
  3. Some widgets require specific integrations
  4. Check permissions - you may not have access to that data
"Customizations not saving"
  1. Make sure to click Save Layout after customizing
  2. Check if you have edit permissions for dashboard
  3. Try disabling browser extensions that might interfere
  4. Clear localStorage and try again
