The Campaign Hub is your home base for every campaign you run — email, ads, social posts, sequences, display, search, and video. Instead of jumping between tools, you see them all in one place, with the numbers that matter right at the top.
Darwin, our AI, works behind the scenes here. It scores each campaign, compares it to a benchmark, and flags the ones that need your attention. So you always know what’s doing well and what needs a little help.
Where to find it: In the left menu, go to
Marketing → Campaigns. The Campaign Hub has two tabs — Dashboard and Campaigns. There is also an All campaigns view that shows every campaign type in one list.
What is the Campaign Hub?
The Campaign Hub is one place to manage every campaign you make. It works across email, ads, social media, sequences, display, search, and video — so you never have to hunt through separate screens.
It comes with AI-powered search, filtering, and analytics. And because Darwin scores every campaign, you can spot your best performers and your problem campaigns in seconds.
The Dashboard tab: cards and AI search
The Dashboard tab shows your campaigns as visual cards instead of table rows. Each card has a picture, the campaign’s name and type, its status, quick stats (recipients, opens, clicks, open rate, and CTR), a progress bar, and handy buttons like Analytics, Edit Flow, and Add Step. Use the grid/list toggle in the top-right to switch between the card view and a table.
Ask AI about your campaigns
At the top of the Dashboard is an “Ask AI about your campaigns” box. Type a plain-English question — like “Show all active campaigns,” “Find draft campaigns,” or “List email sequences” — and Darwin finds them for you. There are one-tap suggestion chips too, so often you don’t even have to type. It’s the fastest way to pull up exactly the campaigns you want.
The numbers at the top
The Campaigns tab starts with a row of stat cards. These give you a quick read on your whole account. They update on their own as your campaigns change — you don’t have to refresh anything.
| Stat card | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Campaigns | How many campaigns you have in total. |
| Active | Campaigns that are running right now. |
| Paused | Campaigns you’ve stopped for now. |
| Draft | Campaigns you’ve saved but haven’t sent. |
| Scheduled | Campaigns set to go out at a future time. |
| Total Budget | The combined budget across your campaigns. |
| Avg ROAS | Your average return on ad spend — how much you earn back for what you spend. |
The Campaigns tab
Below the stat cards is the campaigns table. Each row is one campaign, and the columns show you the key details at a glance. Use the Create Campaign button to start a new one, and the pages at the bottom to move through the list (for example, “Showing 1 to 50 of 205 campaigns”).
Here’s what each column means:
- Campaign — the name, plus a short code like
SEQ-334orCPY-2024-768. - Brand — which brand the campaign belongs to.
- Channel — how it goes out (Email, Social Media, and so on).
- Status — where the campaign stands (ready, scheduled, draft).
- Recipients/Reach — how many people it goes to or reaches.
- Opens/Engagement — how many people opened it or engaged with it.
- Clicks — how many people clicked.
- Progress — how far along the campaign is.
- Team — who’s working on it.
- Actions — quick buttons to manage the campaign.
All campaigns: every type in one view
The All campaigns view pulls every campaign type into a single, sortable list. It’s the best place to compare campaigns across channels and see which ones are winning.
At the top you’ll see summary cards for Live Campaigns, Spend, Blended ROAS, Pipeline, and At Risk (campaigns that need attention).
Across the top are type tabs, each with a count: All, Ads, Email, Social, Carousel, Display, Sequence, and Video. Tap one to see just that type. You can also filter by status, health, and grouping.
There are three ways to view the list:
- List — a detailed table view.
- Cards — a visual, card-style layout.
- Performance — a view focused on how campaigns are doing.
This view adds three helpful columns to the table: a Type column, a Score column (with a benchmark to compare against), and a Health column (Pending, Paused, Active, or At risk). The list is sorted by score, so the standouts rise to the top. You’ll also find a Search box, an Export button to download a list, and a New campaign button. Each row has quick actions to play/pause, edit, and open.
Reading a campaign’s status and score
Two things tell you how a campaign is doing: its status (where it is in its life) and its health (whether Darwin thinks it’s okay or needs a look).
| Label | Type | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Status | Saved, but not going out yet. |
| Ready | Status | Set to send. |
| Scheduled | Status | Going out at a set time. |
| Paused | Status | Stopped for now — you can resume it any time. |
| Active | Status | Running right now. |
| Pending | Health | Waiting to get going. |
| At risk | Health | Darwin thinks this one needs your attention. |
How Darwin scores and flags your campaigns
Darwin gives every campaign a score and compares it to a benchmark, so you can see at a glance which ones are doing well and which need work. Because the All campaigns view is sorted by score, your strongest and weakest campaigns are easy to spot. When Darwin marks a campaign At risk, that’s its way of saying “take a look at this one” — so you can fix small problems before they grow.
How to find and manage a campaign
- Go to
Marketing → Campaignsto open the Campaign Hub. - Open the All campaigns view to see every type in one list.
- Use the type tabs (Ads, Email, Social, and so on) or the Search box to narrow things down.
- Filter by status or health to find exactly what you want — for example, everything that’s At risk.
- Sort by score to put your best or worst campaigns at the top.
- Use the row actions to play/pause a campaign, or click open or edit to make changes.
- Need a copy for a report? Click Export to download the list.
In a hurry? Filter by health and set it to At risk. That gives you a short list of the campaigns Darwin says need attention — a great place to start your day.
Common questions
What’s the difference between the Dashboard and Campaigns tabs?
The Campaigns tab is a table — a full list of your campaigns with stat cards on top. The Dashboard tab shows the same campaigns as visual cards and adds an “Ask AI about your campaigns” box for finding campaigns in plain English. Both live under Marketing → Campaigns.
What does “At risk” mean?
It means Darwin thinks that campaign needs your attention. Open it to see what’s going on and decide what to change.
What is Avg ROAS?
ROAS stands for return on ad spend — how much money you earn back for what you spend. Avg ROAS is that number averaged across your campaigns, shown as one of the stat cards.
What’s the difference between status and health?
Status tells you where a campaign is in its life (Draft, Ready, Scheduled, Paused, Active). Health is Darwin’s read on how it’s doing (Pending, Paused, Active, or At risk).
How do I pause or resume a campaign?
Find the campaign in the list and use the play/pause action on its row. Pausing stops it for now; resuming starts it back up.
Can I download my campaign list?
Yes. In the All campaigns view, click Export to download the list — handy for reports or sharing with your team.
Having trouble?
Can’t find a campaign? Check that you don’t have a type tab or filter turned on that’s hiding it — try the All tab and clear any status or health filters. Remember the list is paged too, so a campaign might be on the next page (for example, “Showing 1 to 50 of 205”). If a campaign still doesn’t show up or a score looks off, reach out to support.

- Open the All campaigns view and sort by score to see your top performers.
