Connect your Zoom account to Marketing Titan so the meetings you schedule and the appointments customers book get their own Zoom meeting link automatically. If your Zoom user has a Zoom Webinars license, you can also see your upcoming Zoom webinars inside Marketing Titan.
This guide explains how to add, use and remove the Zoom app.
What the Zoom integration does
- Zoom links for calendar events. When you choose Zoom as the location of an event in Calendar, Marketing Titan creates a scheduled Zoom meeting (title, start time, duration and description) on your Zoom account and saves the join link on the event.
- Zoom links for booked appointments. When an appointment schedule uses Zoom as its video provider, each booking made on your public booking page gets its own Zoom meeting, and the link is included in the booking confirmation.
- Zoom links for CRM meetings. When you schedule a meeting from a contact, lead, deal or account, you can generate a Zoom link for it.
- Zoom links for demos booked by the AI Caller. If your workspace uses the AI Caller and Zoom is its meeting method, each demo it books gets a real Zoom meeting link.
- Upcoming Zoom webinars. On your connected Zoom account in Settings you can open a list of the upcoming webinars on that Zoom account, with their start time and join link.
Marketing Titan does not read your Zoom recordings, chats or Zoom contacts.
Prerequisites
- A Marketing Titan account. Each Marketing Titan user connects their own Zoom account, and meetings are created on the Zoom account that was connected.
- A Zoom account. Any Zoom plan works for meeting links; your Zoom plan's own limits (for example meeting length on a Basic account) still apply.
- For the webinar list only: a Zoom Webinars license on that Zoom user.
- If your Zoom account is managed by an administrator who restricts Marketplace apps, the administrator must allow Marketing Titan first.
Adding the Zoom app
- Sign in to Marketing Titan and open Settings.
- In the Settings menu choose Communication & CRM, then the Communication tab.
- Find the Zoom card ("Connect Zoom for video conferencing meetings and automatic meeting link generation.") and click Connect.
- A Zoom window opens. Sign in to the Zoom account you want to use and review the permissions Marketing Titan asks for (listed below). Click Allow.
- The window closes and you are back in Marketing Titan. Your Zoom account now appears in the Connected list with your Zoom name and email. Click Test on that row to confirm the connection works.
The Zoom Webinars card on the Events & Webinars tab uses the same Zoom app and the same connection, so you only authorize once.

Using the Zoom app
Add a Zoom link to a calendar event
- Open Calendar and create a new event, or open an existing one to edit it.
- Choose Zoom as the event's location.
- Save the event. Marketing Titan creates the Zoom meeting on your connected Zoom account and adds the join link to the event, so attendees receive it.
Give every booking its own Zoom link
- In Calendar, open the appointment scheduler and create or edit an appointment schedule.
- Under Select video provider, choose Zoom, then save the schedule.
- Each time someone books a time on your public booking page, Marketing Titan creates a unique Zoom meeting for that booking and includes the link in the confirmation.
Add a Zoom link to a meeting from your CRM
- Open a contact, lead, deal or account and schedule a meeting.
- Choose Zoom as the video platform and click Generate Link.
- Marketing Titan creates the Zoom meeting and attaches the link to the meeting.
See your upcoming Zoom webinars
- Go to Settings → Communication & CRM → Events & Webinars.
- On your connected Zoom row, click Webinars.
- Marketing Titan shows the upcoming webinars on that Zoom account, with their start time and join link. The list is read live from Zoom each time you open it.
Removing the Zoom app
Option A: remove it in Marketing Titan
- Go to Settings → Communication & CRM → Communication.
- In the Connected list, find your Zoom account.
- Click the Remove (trash) icon on that row, then confirm with Delete.
Marketing Titan asks Zoom to revoke its access token, then deletes the connection and its tokens.
Turn off on the same row only pauses the connection: Marketing Titan stops using it but keeps it so you can turn it on again. To remove the app and delete its data, use Remove.
Option B: remove it in Zoom
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage → Added Apps, or search for Marketing Titan.
- Next to Marketing Titan, click Remove and confirm.
Zoom sends Marketing Titan a deauthorization notice. As soon as it arrives, Marketing Titan automatically deletes the connection, your encrypted Zoom tokens and the Zoom profile data it stored (Zoom user ID, email and display name).
What happens after removal
- Marketing Titan can no longer create Zoom meetings for you. New events and bookings get no Zoom link until you connect again.
- Meetings and webinars that were already created stay in your Zoom account. Manage or cancel them in Zoom.
- Join links already saved on Marketing Titan events and bookings stay on those records and work as long as the meeting exists in Zoom.
- You can reconnect at any time by following the steps in Adding the Zoom app.
Data we access and store
- Zoom access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest, so Marketing Titan can create meetings on your behalf.
- Your Zoom user ID, email and display name, to show which Zoom account is connected.
- The join link of each meeting Marketing Titan creates, saved on the calendar event, booking or CRM meeting it belongs to.
Webinar lists and registrants are read from Zoom when you open them and are not stored. Removing the app, in Marketing Titan or in Zoom, deletes the tokens and the Zoom profile data immediately. Join links saved on your own calendar records are not removed automatically: delete those events, or email support@marketingtitan.ai and we will remove them.

Troubleshooting
Why does Zoom say "You are not authorized" or "This app is not available"?
Your Zoom account administrator may restrict which Marketplace apps users can add. Ask your Zoom admin to approve Marketing Titan in the Zoom App Marketplace, then click Connect again.
Why does Zoom ask for admin approval?
Your Zoom account requires an administrator to approve new apps. Send the request from the Zoom screen or ask your admin directly, wait for approval, then connect again.
Why does nothing happen when I click Connect?
Marketing Titan opens the Zoom sign-in in a pop-up window. If your browser blocks it, you will see "Popup blocked. Allow popups for this site, then try connecting again." Allow pop-ups for Marketing Titan in your browser, then click Connect again.
Why does my Zoom row show Reconnect?
Marketing Titan refreshes your Zoom token automatically. If Zoom no longer accepts it (for example the app was removed in Zoom or an admin revoked it), the row shows a Reconnect button. Click it and approve the Zoom screen again.
Why does it say "This Zoom connection does not have webinar permissions yet"?
Your Zoom connection was authorized before webinar permissions were added. Click Reconnect, or remove the connection and click Connect again, to grant them.
Why does it say "This Zoom user has no Webinar license"?
The webinar list needs the Zoom Webinars add-on on that Zoom user. Add it in your Zoom account, then open Webinars again.
Why did an event or booking get no Zoom link?
Check that your Zoom account is in the Connected list and turned on, then click Test. If the test fails, click Reconnect.
What if I connected the wrong Zoom account?
Remove the connection (trash icon, then Delete), sign out of zoom.us in your browser, then click Connect and sign in with the right Zoom account.
