AI Caller

TCPA Compliance & DNC

Add numbers to your Do-Not-Call list or import a CSV, understand the four sub-tabs, sources and metrics, and keep an audit trail.

Beginner5 min read

The Compliance tab keeps your calling within the rules. AI Caller checks every number against your Do-Not-Call (DNC) list before it dials, records consent, and keeps an audit trail you can show if you’re ever asked.

Where to find it: Left menu → Sales → Outreach → AI Caller → Compliance. Part of the AI Caller guide.

The Compliance tab with sub-tabs DNC List, Consent, Audit Log and Settings, metric cards (DNC Entries, Blocked This Week, Compliance Rate, Active Consents), a source filter, Import CSV and Add Number buttons, and a DNC entry table.

Manage your Do-Not-Call list, consent and audit trail here.

How to add a number to the DNC list

  1. Open AI Caller → Compliance → DNC List.
  2. Click Add Number.
  3. Enter the phone number and an optional reason.
  4. Save — AI Caller will never call that number again.

How to import a DNC list

  1. Click Import CSV on the DNC List sub-tab.
  2. Upload a CSV of numbers to suppress.
  3. They’re added in bulk and screened on every future call.

The four sub-tabs

Where DNC numbers come from

The Source filter shows how each number got onto the list: National DNC (the official registry), Internal (added by your account’s rules), Manual (added by hand) or CSV Import (bulk upload).

The metric cards

💡 Important: This is a tool to help you stay compliant — it is not legal advice. You remain responsible for following the TCPA and any state or local calling rules that apply to you.
