Market Development Funds — co-marketing money to grow your business.
Your quarterly budget
The cards show your Quarterly Budget, how much you’ve Used, what’s Remaining, and any Pending Requests. Your budget depends on tier — $1,000/quarter at Certified and $3,000/quarter at Premier (Affiliate has none), with an annual cap of four times the quarterly amount.
Requesting funds
New MDF Request submits a request with an amount, a category (Trade Show, Content Creation, Co-branded Advertising, Event, Webinar, Direct Mail), and the purpose. Marketing Titan reviews it and sets the approved amount.
The request workflow
Each request in the MDF Requests table moves through clear states:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Requested | Submitted, awaiting review. |
| Approved | Approved for a set amount — spend it, then submit a receipt. |
| Denied | Not approved this time. |
| Completed | Spent and reconciled with a receipt. |
